HCMUD 383 Irrigation Control Survey
The Board of Directors for Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 383 (HCMUD 383, or District), in an effort to help residents save on water costs in conjunction with smart water meters and conservation tips, is considering a program that would assist with obtaining smart irrigation controllers for interested residents.
As part of the consideration, they request that residents fill out a very short survey on the topic, to best measure the interest in the District.
