| $ 1.50 | Water rate per 1,000 gallons metered water for usage between 10,001 gallons and 20,000 gallons |
| $ 2.75 | Water rate per 1,000 gallons metered water for usage between 20,001 gallons and 30,000 gallons |
| $ 4.00 | Water rate per 1,000 gallons metered water for usage between 30,001 gallons and 40,000 gallons |

All Users shall be billed a monthly fee per 1,000 gallons of water used equal to the surface water charge imposed on the District by the NHCRWA.
